Welcome to 2025-2026, Our Championship Year! We are going to have a great year!
Our first concert is Monday, Sept 22nd at 6:00pm in the BMHS Auditorium. Students report at 5:30 pm.
Dress will be concert black. Boys - black everything. Girls - black everything, but if wearing a skirt/dress, the hem must be below the knees when sitting, and no off-the-shoulder tops.
For students trying out for All-Region (receive honors credit), the audition is Sat., Oct. 11. THE DISTRICT HAS PREP SESSIONS TAUGHT BY PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS AND THE FIRST ONE IS TUESDAY , SEPT. 9TH 6:00-8:30 PM AT IM TERRELL. Transportation will be provided. We leave at 5:30 and return at 9:15 pm. If you will be taking your child, please fill out this form.
The Honors Orchestra has been invited to play a concert with the Fort Worth Symphony on Tuesday, Nov. 4 at 2:00 pm at Benbrook. All Orchestra students 6-12th who are not playing will be at the concert to support. We invite all parents, friends, and community members to come!
All High School Orchestra students will be taking a MAP test for Orchestra on Monday, Sept. 8th, during Orchestra class. Please have your child bring their laptop, earphones, and their instrument.
